To-Shin Do Martial Arts training leads to the ability to live life fully, fearlessly, and freely. Ours is a thorough system of personal preparation for facing the kinds of conflict and opposition that can surprise us in the course of daily life and emerging as a winner.
Includes techniques and strategies for dealing with:
  • grappling, throwing, choking, and joint-locking.
  • striking, kicking, and punching.
  • stick, blade, cord, and projectile weapons.
  • successfully handling multiple assailants and surprise attacks.
  • overcoming psychological intimidation or bullying.

Beyond the basic training that leads to a Black Belt license in To-Shin Do is a collection of optional advanced martial arts (To-Shin Do) courses including:

* Methods for survival in hostile environments
* Security protection for dignitaries
* How to instruct classes and run a martial arts Dojo
* Mind Science Yoga and visualization

Discover your infinite potential . Use the Quest Center 3-Part Student Creed as a statement of what you expect from yourself.

Take command of your life! Quest Center students explore these codes one at a time in the months that lead from White Belt to Yellow Belt. To counter the negative influences that work to rob you of personal power, you need a firm foundation as to what you expect of yourself. From there you can build up the momentum you need to succeed in accomplishing any goal in life.

To-Shin Do Student Creed:

Ji-shin confidence:
a whole new concept of what
you can become

Tan-ren discipline:

A whole new range of what you can learn and master

Son-kei respect: a whole new family of friends and teachers

Our three-part Student Creed is a reminder of your potential.
